These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of wallpanelhouse.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from Wall Panel House ("we," "us," or "our"). Please read them carefully. By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

About Us

Wall Panel House is a United States-based retailer of interior and exterior building materials, including PVC marble wall panels, acoustic wood-slat panels, WPC fluted panels, wood veneer panels, LED baseboard molding, interior and aluminum trim, composite and aluminum fencing, fence gates and posts, and composite cladding. We operate from Peachtree Corners, Georgia and sell and ship within the United States.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, and able to enter into a binding contract, to purchase from the Site. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Your Account

You may create an account to manage orders, save addresses, and use features such as your wishlist. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Products, Pricing & Availability

We make every effort to display our products, colors, finishes, and specifications accurately. Because our panels are natural or manufactured building materials, slight variations in color, texture, grain, and finish may occur between what is shown on screen and the item delivered, and between production batches. Screen settings may also affect how colors appear. We recommend ordering a sample where available before placing a full order.

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD $) and exclude applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing, descriptions, or availability, and to limit, cancel, or refuse quantities or orders, including after an order has been submitted.

Orders & Acceptance

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the items in your cart. Your order is accepted only when we confirm and process it. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order — for example, due to product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud. If we cannot fulfill an order that has already been paid, we will notify you and issue a full refund. You will receive an order confirmation by email once your order is placed.

Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Elo, JCB, and UnionPay), as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. Payment is captured at checkout, and the full amount due — including product price, shipping, and applicable tax — is shown before you confirm your order. By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method. We may use third-party services to screen orders for fraud and may cancel orders that fail these checks. Promotions, Discounts & Coupons

From time to time we may offer discounts, promotional codes, or wholesale/trade pricing. These may be subject to additional conditions, cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. We reserve the right to cancel orders that misuse a promotion or discount.

Shipping, Returns & Cancellations

Delivery timeframes, shipping methods, costs, and destinations are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, and order changes and cancellations by our Order Cancellation Policy. These policies are incorporated into and form part of these Terms.

Product Use, Installation & Suitability

Our products are building materials intended to be installed and used in accordance with manufacturer guidance, good trade practice, and applicable building codes. It is your responsibility to confirm that a product is suitable for your intended application and environment, to order the correct quantities, and to ensure installation is carried out correctly, by a qualified professional where appropriate. We are not responsible for issues arising from improper selection, measurement, handling, or installation.

Reviews & User Content

If you submit reviews, comments, or other content to the Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, display, and reproduce that content in connection with our business. You are responsible for the content you submit, and it must not be unlawful, misleading, infringing, or offensive. We may remove content at our discretion.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site to: violate any law; infringe the rights of others; introduce malware or harmful code; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems; interfere with the Site's operation or security; scrape, copy, or harvest content or data; or use the Site for any fraudulent or unauthorized purpose.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Georgia, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Order Cancellation Policy, and other policies referenced here, make up the entire agreement between you and Wall Panel House regarding your use of the Site.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The version posted on this page at the time you place an order applies to that order. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
