Shipping policy
At Wall Panel House, we ship from our facility in Peachtree Corners, Georgia and deliver throughout the United States. This policy explains where we ship, how shipping is calculated, how long delivery takes, and how to reach us with any shipping questions. All prices and shipping charges are shown and billed in US Dollars (USD $).

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Orders are fulfilled from:

Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 0–1 business days (Monday–Saturday) after your order is placed. Processing time is in addition to the delivery estimates shown below. Our daily order cut-off time is 11:00 PM ET (Eastern Time); orders placed after the cut-off, or on Sundays and holidays, begin processing on the next business day. You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships.

The shipping options and cost available at checkout depend on the type of product you order. The exact rate for your order is always calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. Delivery estimates below are in business days and do not include the order processing time above.

Oversized & freight (LTL) items
Larger items such as wall panels are shipped by freight (LTL) carrier. These orders ship at a flat freight rate and are delivered within 2–14 business days.

Freight deliveries are typically made to the curb. Please make sure someone is available to receive and inspect the delivery, and that the delivery address is accessible to a freight truck.

Sample orders
Sample orders ship via Standard delivery within 3–5 business days. The shipping charge is based on your order subtotal:

Local Delivery & In-Store Pickup
In addition to shipping, we offer local delivery and in-store pickup for eligible orders. If either option is available for your address, you will see it as a choice at checkout. For pickup orders, we will notify you by email when your order is ready to collect.
Taxes
All product prices are shown excluding sales tax. Applicable US sales tax is calculated based on your shipping destination and added to your order total at checkout, so the full amount you pay is always shown before you complete payment. There are no hidden fees added after checkout.
Changing Your Shipping Address
If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible at info@wallpanelhouse.com. We can change the address only if the order has not yet been dispatched. Once an order has shipped, the address can no longer be changed.
Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel an order before it has been dispatched by contacting info@wallpanelhouse.com. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled; please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for returns after delivery.
Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Deliveries
We package every order carefully, but if your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery at info@wallpanelhouse.com. For damaged or freight deliveries, please note any visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt and keep the original packaging. Including photos of the damage and your order number helps us resolve the issue quickly with a replacement or refund.
